It is a link to Registration of Blog. When you have clicked it, you will find the page of Blog. Please click 'Create a Blog'. Internet will process to open The Page of Blog. Please look for the writing of Created of Google Account. (still on Blog page). At below of that, you have to complete the empty box. Here I will lead you how to make a Blog step by step.

Acceptence of Term:
You click the Term of Blog at link below the empty box. Read it please. Back to the page before, and give the check list at Term or click the mini box beside the Term of Service.
Please click the 'Continue' at the right and bottom of the page. The Google will be processing again. Google will show to you the page of NAME BLOG. Please complete the registration at this second page.

Please click 'Continue' at the right and bottom this page. The screen will give you the choice about template. Just click which template do you like. Please click the 'Continue' again. Congratulation, your Blog has been created. If you want to write an article in Blog like mine on this page, please click 'Start Blogging' at the right and bottom page.
